- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We may require email/phone verification to improve security and service reliability.
4. Services
The Services available may change over time. Some services may require additional verification, limits, or checks. We may refuse, pause, or reverse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or errors.
5. Transactions
- Before confirming a transaction, check the amount, recipient/account, and selected service carefully.
- Delivery times may vary due to networks, billers, or third-party processors.
- You authorize us to process transactions you initiate on your account.
6. Fees & Charges
Some Services may attract fees (e.g., processing fees, convenience fees) which will be shown at the point of transaction or described on the relevant service page. Fees may change from time to time.
7. Refunds & Reversals
Refunds and reversals depend on the type of transaction, the biller/network rules, and the nature of the issue. Where possible, we will help investigate failed or disputed transactions. You may be asked to provide supporting information (e.g., receipts, reference IDs).

- Using automated scripts/bots to overload or scrape the platform.
- Using the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
9. Third-Party Services
Some Services rely on third parties (e.g., telecom networks, billers, payment processors, messaging/email providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages or errors outside our control, but we will try to support resolution where possible.
10. Availability
We aim to keep JovoPay available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or external issues may cause delays or downtime.
11. Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in suspicious activity, or if required by law. You may stop using JovoPay at any time.
12. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
